St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lancaster – St Joseph’s parish comprises the northern side of the River Lune at Lancaster, taking in Ryelands, Skerton, Beaumont, and Halton. We are a small community where you will receive a warm welcome.
Our youth group meets in the presbytery every other Wednesday in term time and is aimed at all secondary-school aged young people. The youth group enjoys time together, some food, some fun and games, and provides an opportunity to pray and to reflect on how young people can make a difference in the Church and in the world. The group is run by Rachel Cortes, lay chaplain at Our Lady's Catholic College, and Emily Valente, both of whom used to work at Brettargh Holt Youth Centre. The group will resume after the Easter holidays.
