St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lancaster – St Joseph’s parish comprises the northern side of the River Lune at Lancaster, taking in Ryelands, Skerton, Beaumont, and Halton. We are a small community where you will receive a warm welcome.
The Porta Fidei, the Door of Faith, is an introductory session for parents who would like their children to be baptised, or for couples who would like to get married, or indeed for anyone who is interested in learning more about the faith. It gives people the opportunity to understand more clearly the gift of faith and the promise which is held out before all those that believe. Everyone is welcome.
