St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lancaster – St Joseph’s parish comprises the northern side of the River Lune at Lancaster, taking in Ryelands, Skerton, Beaumont, and Halton. We are a small community where you will receive a warm welcome.

Abaseen Foundation Presentation

The Abaseen Foundation is a pioneering charity working to improve the lives of people in one of the poorest and most deprived areas of Khyber Pakhtunhwa in NW Pakistan. Natural disasters like floods and earthquakes, and man-made disaster of global terrorism, have resulted in this being one of the world's most destitute and dangerous areas and the Abaseen Foundation aims to relieve this as much as possible. 

You are invited to meet Helen Bingley and Jabien Kauser from the Foundation to hear about their work in NW Pakistan and how they work with communities in the UK to support this work. The presentation will take place in the Presbytery. Everyone welcome, refreshments will be available.
