St Joseph’s Catholic Church in Lancaster – St Joseph’s parish comprises the northern side of the River Lune at Lancaster, taking in Ryelands, Skerton, Beaumont, and Halton. We are a small community where you will receive a warm welcome.
ACN are organising a national campaign to floodlight buildings red – including the Houses of Parliament and over thirty cathedrals – to remind people of the plight of persecuted Christians and minority groups in the Middle East. This Wednesday, 28 November, ACN are encouraging us all to wear something red on that day to show solidarity and to remind us to pray for the freedom to practise one’s faith, and for peace in the world.
